We are a drive-thru pantry that distributes food on Wednesday only. We do not deliver food.

For the most part, we are open through rain, heat, snow, and everything Wisconsin throws our way. However, we are always monitoring weather conditions to keep our volunteers and patrons safe. The best place to check for last-minute weather announcements is our Facebook page.

The distribution line begins at the Circus World parking lot at 3 PM. You must start there - no exceptions.

From 3 PM until 3:30 PM, enter the lot from the west (downtown). No left turns into the parking lot will be allowed during this time. No exceptions - this is a safety issue.

If you are in or near the parking lot before 3 PM, you will not be in the first group to move on to the pantry. There is no need to arrive early - we have never run out of food.
It is important to follow the instructions so everyone can be safe and the process can run efficiently.
